Martin Giess has 10 years experience in the design and operation of complex telecommunication networks in the messaging area. At End2End Connectivity he is responsible for the development and operation of End2End’s unique messaging platform, including End2End’s own developed SMSC and advanced SMS-Gateway Platform.

Martin started his career with his own company in the telecommunications industry back in 1996, establishing the first commercial life email-to-SMS Gateway in Germany. After his studies in linguistics and computer science at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg he held the role of Application Manager for Unified Messaging Services at Brodos AG, where he was instrumental in building the new brodos messaging business unit and establishing Brodos as one of the top SMS providers in Europe.

In 2006 Martin Giess became a member of the GSM Association’s Open Connectivity workgroup and oversees End2End developments to provide GSMA complaint OC services.
