OCTOBER 2000

End2End is founded as Pre-tel Wireless Ltd. with $110 million in equity investment and vendor finance arrangements from Deutsche Bank Venture Partners, Cisco Capital and Hewlett Packard.

JANUARY 2002

End2End secures €24 million equity financing from DB Capital Venture Partners and HP. 

AUGUST 2002

End2End completes €20 million equity financing from Draper Fisher Jurvetson ePlanet Ventures, DB Capital Venture Partners and HP.

OCTOBER 2003

End2End acquires brodos messaging, a leading SMS connectivity and solution provider in Europe. End2End also completes €10.5 million equity financing from Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Deutsche Bank and HP.

JANUARY 2005

End2End acquires MIGway, an interactive messaging services provider.

MAY 2005

End2End expands its presence in North America through its rollout of local service delivery infrastructure in the United States.

FEBRUARY 2006

End2End is acquired by MACH, one of the leading providers of inter-operator solutions to the telecommunications and data industry worldwide. End2End becomes an independently operating company within the MACH Group.
