Software Engineer Messaging (m/f) (SMS/MMS) Germany, Würzburg
Requirements:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education with 2+ years work experience.
- Relevant experience in analysing, design and implementation of complex mobile communication systems.
- Relevant experience in one of the following computer languages: C/C++, Perl, PHP or java (J2EE, J2ME).
- Relevant knowledge of mobile related services and protocols: GSM/CDMA/TMDA, SMS, WAP, GPRS, UCP, SMPP, SS7, SIGTRAN, GSM-MAP should be no unknown terms.
- Experience with Unix/Linux/BSD-systems in high-performing data centres.
- Fluency in English (+ German appreciated).
- Strong customer orientation.
Your job:
- Design, specification and implementation of new mobile value added services in cooperation with the development team.
- Improving, optimising and maintenance of existing software components in the area of SMS and MMS messaging.
