For the various End2End Connectivity locations we are seeking:
Sales Account Manager (m/f)
Based in Würzburg, London, Warszawa, Bangalore, Moscow, Dubai or Singapore Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall sales process from first point of contact with potential customers to closing sales contracts.
- Contact prospects worldwide using remote methods, including telephone, email, instant messaging, conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Sell our high-quality wholesale messaging services to a broad range of telecommunications and business customers, from mobile aggregators to telecommunication operators, as well as large and small enterprises.
- Perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close sales with clients.
- Analyse competitors and collect market intelligence.
The Sales Account Manager benefits from working in a dynamic and fast growing company in the mobile telecommunications industry. After the initial in-depth training phase, you will be able to prepare price quotations, deal with general sales administration and take responsibility for your own sales success. During the job you will receive further training and coaching to improve your skills and expertise. Requirements:
- Written and verbal fluency in English is essential (German is not required) and other Language capabilities are highly valued.
- Experience in sales and the wireless industry are preferable.
- Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in the use of technical language (training is provided).
- High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to deliver first class work under pressure in a demanding environment with multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to analyse customer revenue and customer demands.
- Ability to prepare and execute actions for up-selling and cross-selling via our CRM.
- Broad knowledge and familiarity of the MS Office package.
- Excellent organisational, presentational and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
