Implementation Manager

Your Job:

• Planning and coordination of network-implementations of international mobile networks
• Coordination of service-changes with operators and co-operation partners
• Performing of service-acceptance tests
• Monitoring of agreed service levels and prepare reports accordingly
• Handling clients technical, operational and contractual enquiries

Requirements:

University degree (MBA, BA, BS, MS, PhD), ideally IT, telecommunication or computer sciences.
Minimum of 4 years work experience in the area of project management, product management or customer care.
Written and verbal fluency in English essential (+ German appreciated).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to get into a complex commercial or technical topic very quickly and communicate these to the client.
Strong customer orientation.
