Customer Support Manager

For the End2End Connectivity department in Würzburg, Germany we are seeking:

Customer Support Manager (1st/2nd Level Support) (m/f)

Requirements:
  • University degree (MBA, BA, BS, MS, PhD) or equivalent education with 5+ years work experience.
  • Self-confident appearance and integrity also in difficult situations.
  • The ability to get into a complex commercial or technical topic very quickly and communicate these to the client.
  • Experience in working with a CRM-tool or ticketing system.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English essential (+ German appreciated).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile communication networks, services and protocols.
Your job:
  • Leading and management of the customer support team (Germany and India).
  • Optimising and further development of existing workflows, procedures and documentation.
  • Coordination of team work and knowledge transfer between all corresponding departments (3rd Level Support).
  • Dedicated and personal support of selected Key Customers.
